Fraser Vacation Rental Deposit and Refund Policy

Reservations are considered non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival, during non-holiday periods, and 45 days prior to arrival, during holiday periods. Though reservations and deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred to a later date, free of charge, and can be used toward a future vacation stay. Additionally, reservation and deposit credits may be transferred to friends or family members, free of charge. Please note reservations and deposits are rebooked based on availability and subject to rate changes. 

Deposit Policy:

• An initial deposit is due at time of booking and consists of the first night stay for any reservation booked more than 30 days prior to arrival, during non-holiday periods. The remaining balance is due, in full, 30 days prior to arrival during non-holiday periods. 
• An initial deposit is due at time of booking and consists of the first night stay for any reservation booked more than 45 days prior to arrival, during holiday periods. The remaining balance is due, in full, 45 days prior to arrival during holiday periods. 
• Full payment at time of booking is due for any reservation booked within 30 days of arrival, during non-holiday time frames. 
• Full payment at time of booking is due for any reservation booked within 45 days of arrival, during holiday time frames.
